Poderão participar da Expoidea, desde que devidamente inscritos editores, livreiros, distribuidores, crediaristas, agentes literários, importadores, exportadores, produtores de máquinas, empresas de informática (software e hardware), cursos de pré-vestibular, de graduação e de idiomas, materiais e serviços associados à produção, fabricantes de papel, gráficas, jornais e revistas que mantenham sessão literária regular, tanto nacionais como internacionais, de forma individual ou através de representante nacional. Poderão ainda participar de forma institucional, entidades e órgãos (privados ou públicos) ligados aos temas abordados pela Expoidea – cultura, sustentabilidade e inovação tecnológica.
